A service is held every Sunday morning to which anyone is welcome, as well as coffee mornings, bible study groups, youth clubs, older people's fellowship meetings and a play-group throughout the week. More information about the weekly events held at Ashby Baptist Church can be found here.
We warmly welcome and encourage anyone to come along and join in at Ashby Baptist, whether you've been a Christian for 100 years or just want to know more about Jesus Christ and His Love. For more information about the Church and how you can get involved, please contact the Church office.
Latest NewsBrook Street was shut for the day while we put on events, stalls, games, and refreshments for the people of Ashby. This is just one of the town events that the churches in Ashby are running during Hope08. 'Holiday at Home 2008' (Mon 2 Jun 2008) We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Scotland. Well from the comfort of Ashby de la Zouch! We watched Scottish dancers, had a resident artist teaching us to paint the wonderful Scottish views, had lovely food including Haggis, and listened to bagpipes. All within the beautifully decorated church, full of tartan. Oh yes we also fitted in a trip to Derbyshire and the sun shone. 'Church Profile Online' (Tue 20 May 2008) We are currently seeking a new minister to lead the church, along side current staff and deacons. For more information about the position, please download our church profile: 'Putting together our church profile' (Wed 12 Mar 2008) The profile sets out details about our church, how we see ourselves and where we would like to be in the future. We have also put in writing what we are looking for in our new Minister. | Upcoming Events
