We believe:

1. In one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
2. In God the Father who in love, grace and sovereignty created, sustains, rules and judges the world.
3. In the Lord Jesus Christ, God’s eternal Son. Truly God and truly man. In his virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, his death, bodily resurrection and ascension to the right hand of God.
4. In the ministry of God the Holy Spirit, who leads us to repentance, unites us with Christ through new birth, empowers our discipleship and enables us to witness.
5. In the divine inspiration of the whole of the Bible, Old and New Testaments, as the revealed word of God which is the supreme authority in matters of faith and conduct.
6. That all people, men and women, were created in God’s image yet are corrupted by sin which incurs God’s wrath and judgement.
7. In the sacrifice of Christ on the cross, as a substitute dying in our place, making atonement for our sins and reconciling us to God.
8. That sinners are justified solely by the grace of God through faith in Christ.
9. In the Church, the body of Christ both local and universal.
10. In the priesthood of all believers and their unity in Christ.
11. The personal and visible return of Jesus Christ to fulfil the purposes of God, who will raise all people to judgement, bringing eternal life to the redeemed and eternal condemnation to the lost, and will establish a new heaven and earth.
